1 half-rate channel
канал с половинной скоростью
Занимает выделенный временной интервал в кадре ТОМА совместно с другим каналом. Данные от двух источников информации передаются поочередно, т.е. с перемежением в соседних кадрах. Для передачи сообщений одного абонента обычно используют только четные кадры, а второго - нечетные.
